A Day With No Plan

Today there is not much going on in the life of this Daughter of the King. Today is a plan with a plan of 'no plans.' I went with momma to her doctor's appointment this morning (since we are down to having one vehicle...my car.) Momma, Mary and I went to Wal-mart and then we ate a very nice lunch at one of my fave restaurants in this town, Tuscany (Philly Cheese Steak Deluxe Sub...oh yeah baby!)

I worked so very hard yesterday staining my grandparents back deck  in the stifling heat. 4 1/2 hours of staining their deck all by myself (well, not all by myself...I had some time to think, reflect, and talk to God which was great,) and working hard in the 86 degree weather took a toll on this body. I am sore all over...guess I should work out more and then I wouldn't have these 'pangs of pain' when I do work out strenuously for a long period. 


I am so pale in skin color that I had to come inside every hour on the hour yesterday, while staining the deck, to put on more sunscreen (100 SPF to be precise.) I think I'm going to go try to find my tanning lotion stuff in the bathroom today. I really do need to put some color on these pale bones. I am ghastly ashen I'm afraid....vampiress looking in nature at this very moment indeed and I need some help! People need to wear sunglasses when they are around me when I'm wearing my shorts! LOL! 


Today I will be taking it easy, because of all my physical activity from yesterday...oh those pangs of pain! haha I'm also waiting on a call back for a potential job opportunity. I also just found out I've got a babysitting job lined up for myself this Saturday (woot woot!) I think my sister and I are gonna have some 'sisterly bonding time' which we so desperately need together. I think my sis and I are gonna lay outside on the back deck in our swimsuits and sketch out what we want my birthday cake to look like (so much fun...and my sis is an awesome cake decorater btw!) 


I can't wait to see what we girls come up with, design-wise, for my cake. I know it's a little early to be planning for my b-day this year (my b-day is on May 11th) but I am really excited about this b-day though for some reason. I kinda want to do 'something special' for my b-day or have a party of some sort or something, but I am short on ideas for what one could/would/should possibly do for their 21st b-day?  (No I will not be going out drinking on my 21st birthday...that's for sure!) If any of you has any idea as to what would be a cool idea/way to celebrate ones 21st birthday please feel free to BRING ON THE IDEAS!!!
